  • 8/29/14 No Dead Artists

    I will be participating in the 18th Annual No Dead Artists International Exhibition of Contemporary Art at Jonathan Ferrara Gallery in New Orleans. The opening is August 30th from 6 to 9 and the show will be up until September 27th.

  • 1/10/14 Exhibitions for the New Year

    It's a busy start to the year. I'll be in three shows this month:

    Art Histories, a two man show with S. L. Dickey at the Bagwell Center for Media and Art in Knoxville, TN. The show goes from January 16th to February 6th with an opening reception on January 16th from 4 to 6 pm. Thanks for Herb Rieth for curating.

    Art of the State at the Tennessee Valley Museum of Art in Tuscumbia, AL. That one runs from January 19th to March 7th with an opening reception on January 19th from 1 to 3 pm.

    3rd Annual Armstrong National 2D Exhibition at the Armstrong Fine Arts Gallery in Savannah, GA. The show runs from January 13th to 28th with a reception on January 24th from 5:30 to 7 pm.

  • 7/29/13 Armed Medium at the Transmission Gallery

    I'm excited to be part of a group exhibition at the Transmission Gallery in Oakland, CA. The exhibition explores the use of military vehicles as a subject in art. The opening will be August 2nd at 6 PM.

  • 12/17/12 West Alabama Juried Art Show

    The Death of General Rabbit won the Howard and Michael Godson and Richard Zoellner Purchase Award at the West Alabama Juried Art Show. This is a purchase award so General Rabbit will now become part of the collection of the Arts Council of Tuscaloosa. Thanks to those involved, and to Jeffrey Haupt for being this year's juror.

  • 4/27/12 Meridian Museum of Art

    I'm in a show with Birmingham artist Palo Pallas at the Meridian Museum of Art until June 2nd. Check it out if you're in the area.

  • 9/24/11 38th Bi-State Competition

    G20 Lucky won a merit award at the 38th Bi-State Art Competition at the Meridian Museum of Art. Thanks to Niles A. Wallace for putting together a good show.

  • 7/20/11 Award for Marketing Conference Lucky

    I found out that Marketing Conference Lucky has won the Trudy Williamson Award for Excellence in Two Dimensional Work from the St. Tammany Art Association. I'm very pleased and admittedly a little surprised by how well that painting was received. Here are some links to read some more:
